Dave and Nellies Adventures

Left the campground in Albuquerque about 9:45 a.m. After 450 miles, lunch in the camper at truck stop, we arrived in Canon City, CO to visit Dave’s aunt and uncle Emma Jean and John. What a fun visit, with many stories and jokes.

One thing we’ve learned from our travels is that Loves’ Truck Stops are the best! Their restrooms are clean, you can get 10 cents off each gallon and you can buy anything you want. Darin and Gina Madsen told us about them we we visited them in Indiana and it was good advice.

We drove I40 and I25, the scenery again was lovely and almost no wind. For the most part these roads are very smooth as well. 🙂
